When you receive your semester based and/or flexible enrollment course textbooks:

- Please check your entire order when you receive your package from the Bookie. If you are missing items and do not have a back order notification, please call us at 1-800-937-4978, ext. 336, and leave a voice mail message. You may also email us at ddp@mail.sbc.wsu.edu The same applies for any mis-shipped product.

- Your books are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested by you.
-USED BOOKS:
When requested, and if available, used books are shipped to you. If you requested NEW and received USED, used books were only available at the time of your order. Used books are priced 25% less than new books. The used book provided is in the best condition available at the time of your order. If you are unsatisfied with the used book you received, please call us to set up a refund or exchange.

RETURNS

Returns are handled separately from "buyback" and must be authorized within the first two weeks after the start of the semester based classes for Fall and Spring and 1 week from the start of classes for Summer sessions.

**ANY returns sent to us without authorization will be processed as "buyback".

Please be sure to place the return authorization number on the outside and inside of your package, also noting your name, address, phone and online order numbers. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ALLOWED FOR COURSE PACKETS AND READERS.

**All "phone-in" orders will be entered into the online order system. This allows for better tracking of your order. Please do not phone in and order online the same books! This duplicates your order and your charges!
