Your Distance Degree Programs (DDP) video tapes DID NOT come from the Bookie. You rented them from WSU through DDP when registering for your course and you must return them to DDP/WSU. If you have problems with your video tapes, please contact DDP at (800) 222-4978 or (509) 335-3557.

Please DO NOT send your video tapes with your textbooks for buyback. The Bookie cannot guarantee any video tapes received will reach the DDP office and you will be responsible for any fees accrued.

To return video tapes, please use the label provided with your video tapes or send them to:
